RZN Gear is performance-first apparel built for those who serve, train, and live with purpose. Our products are designed for fire, law enforcement, military, and everyday grit.
Does RZN Gear give back?
Yes, on every single purchase, RZN Gear gives a portion of the proceeds to first responders, active military members and veterans. We served our time in law enforcement, fire, EMS and the military. Now it's time to give back to the communities we came from.
How do your shirts fit?
Most of our shirts have an athletic, everyday fit and are designed to be true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, sizing up may be a good option.
Are your products true to size?
In most cases, yes. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering for the best fit.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days. After shipping, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Why does my order take a few days to process?
Many of our products are made to order. That means your item is produced after your purchase is placed, which helps us maintain quality and reduce waste.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept eligible returns on unworn, unwashed, unused items in original condition. Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene or final sale restrictions.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong order?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rzngear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@rzngear.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Do you offer exchanges?
