Returns & Refunds Policy

At RZN Gear, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our items are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than large retail stores.

Returns

We accept returns on all of our gear.

To start a return, email info@rzngear.com with your:

  • order number

  • item(s) you want to return

  • reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • worn or washed items

  • items not in original condition

  • final sale items

  • custom or made-to-order items where applicable

  • underwear or other hygiene-sensitive items

  • gift cards

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. That being said, we typically allow anyone that's part of our culture exchange options. If you need a different size or item, contact us at rzngear.com and we will let you know the best next step.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@rzngear.com.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it is sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
