Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RZN Gear. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they ship. During high-volume periods, holidays, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Because many of our items are made to order, processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow a short period of time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. RZN Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@rzngear.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters production or ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

RZN Gear is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your delivery location first.

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at info@rzngear.com and we will do our best to help you file a claim or find a solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rzngear.com with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and make it right where appropriate.
